This distinction is based on feedback and ratings as of December 30, 2024. LogicMonitor reviewers gave us a 4.7 (out of 5) overall rating in the report, with 94% saying they would recommend the LogicMonitor platform and 83% coming from companies with over $50 million in revenue based on 49 reviews submitted as of October 2024.

“The out-of-the-box deployment, discovery and alerting is fantastic and has helped us understand and proactively alert on multiple networks and cloud environments quickly and easily. The speed at which the tool can be deployed makes the platform incredibly powerful. There is no need to deploy agents to VM’s and the Cloud API Based telemetry is exceptional. The platform is extremely user friendly. LogicMonitor provided us with training on deploying LM Envision, but it really wasn’t necessary. The platform is very intuitive. We were able to leverage existing in-house skills and talent to support the platform rollout rather than having to hire full-time support which was a great cost savings for us.”

“LogicMonitor Envision is an excellent SaaS platform for our business. We’ve had a smooth process with all steps in the lifecycle of our interaction. The platform is intuitive, both to use and administer. We’ve been able to implement beneficial functionality to more of our company than just the NOC… End users include internal engineers, internal client success/sales and our clients. Dashboards can be turned into Reports quickly, providing both the visual and raw data views. The platform just works.”

The flexibility and ease of deployment is second to none. We set up a customer’s environment for monitoring in usually a single day. The support team is always accessible and supportive and the constant advancement and upgrade of the integration data sources, means that LogicMonitor is always advancing their tool as well as the integrated solutions monitoring.”
