LogicMonitor successfully completes IRAP assessment, enhancing hybrid IT infrastructure security for Australian government agencies

SYDNEY, Australia, 2 October 2024LogicMonitor, the leading SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by AI, today announced its successful completion of the Australian Government Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment. This achievement demonstrates LogicMonitor’s alignment with Australian Government security requirements for Australian government agencies and enterprises.

The IRAP assessment, administered by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), evaluated LogicMonitor’s cloud-based hybrid observability platform against the Australian Government’s Information Security Manual (ISM). The successful completion of the assessment demonstrates LogicMonitor’s adherence to the stringent security requirements necessary to protect sensitive government data.

LogicMonitor’s IRAP assessment covered both its internal security practices and cloud infrastructure. The CSP Security Fundamentals Assessment reviewed corporate governance, risk management, personnel security, and internal infrastructure, focusing on endpoint security and network segmentation. The Cloud Services Assessment evaluated the AWS-hosted infrastructure, with emphasis on data protection, encryption, cloud architecture, access controls, and multi-tenant management.
