Cloud-Based Platform Takes Top Honors in IT Infrastructure Monitoring Category for Second Consecutive Year
Santa Barbara, Calif., Nov. 10, 2020 – LogicMonitor, the leading cloud-based IT infrastructure monitoring and observability platform, is pleased to announce that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has recognized LogicMonitor with a 2020 CRN Tech Innovator Award. The company, which has led CRN’s ‘IT Infrastructure Monitoring’ category for the second year in a row, earned top honors for recent innovations to the LogicMonitor platform’s AIOps Early Warning System.
This annual award program honors innovative vendors in the IT channel across 49 technology categories, in key areas ranging from cloud to security to storage to networking. CRN editors assessed hundreds of vendor products across multiple criteria, including uniqueness, key capabilities, technological competency, and addressing customer needs.

LogicMonitor first introduced its AIOps Early Warning System, powered by LM Intelligence™, in December 2019 as a means to provide actionable warning indicators for imminent issues. With root cause analysis and dynamic thresholds, customers are able to automatically and intelligently identify signal from noise in order to better focus on the most important issues within their complex, hybrid IT infrastructures.
In July 2020, LogicMonitor introduced rate of change and seasonality to the dynamic thresholds functionality within its AIOps Early Warning System. With seasonality support, dynamic thresholds detect patterns in performance and ensure alerts are triggered for anomalies outside of those patterns. The rate of change algorithms detect anomalies in the rate at which a metric value is changing compared to its normal pattern to enable users to identify issues before they negatively impact the business.
Combined with the single pane of glass view from LogicMonitor’s IT infrastructure monitoring and observability platform, the AIOps Early Warning System helps enterprises and managed service providers (MSPs) predict and prevent IT outages, saving IT teams time, money and avoiding potential damage to their brand reputation.
