Alert Severity

The following table describes the different alert severity:

Severity	Description
Clear	An event that was created due to an incident that is not a threat anymore.
Indeterminate	An event related to an SDT (Scheduled Down Time) flag.
Warning	A minor problem that affects the service but does not seriously impact users.
Minor	An incident that causes errors, minor user problems, or a heavy system load.
Major	A significant problem affecting a limited number of users in production.
Critical	A critical incident affects a large number of users in production.
