Cluster Alerts Routing and Notification
Last updated on 22 January, 2025Cluster alerts are displayed on the Alerts page, and the Resources Tree page under the Alerts tab of the applicable resources. A resource named “cluster” is associated with a cluster alert. This generic resource name can be used to define alert routing, filtering, or reporting criteria.
If you require additional notifications to be generated and routed for cluster alerts, you must configure an alert rule. At a minimum, the criteria of the alert rule must match the group for which the cluster alert is configured. If you require the cluster alerts to be routed differently than other alerts for the group, deeper-level matching can be accomplished by setting the alert rule to match the “cluster” device. For more information on alert rules, see Alert Rules.
