Shared Report Access

You can access and share all the generated report URLs with the required individuals.

Requirements for Accessing and Sharing Reports

Allow shared reports access permission is required.

Providing Shared Access

1. Log in to the LogicMonitor portal as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Settings > Security.
3. Enable Allow Shared Reports.

Accessing and Sharing Generated Reports

1. Navigate to Reports > Select the required reports and select Manage.
2. Select Save to save changes or Save and Run to run the report.
3. Navigate to Reports > Select the required report.
4. Select History to see all the previously generated reports.
