Workflow Integrations Overview

You can integrate LogicMonitor with a third-party IT Service Management (ITSM) solution to provide a seamless experience between the two platforms. Integrating LogicMonitor with a workflow integration can establish bi-directional communication to enable LogicMonitor to manage the incident management workflow based on LogicMonitor alert status and allow select ITSM solutions to acknowledge alerts based on the incident status. For example, as an alert moves through the escalation chain, LogicMonitor communicates with your ITSM solution to create, update, and close incidents. In addition, you can acknowledge alerts from some solutions based on an incident’s status.

The following table lists the workflow solutions that you can integrate with LogicMonitor:
