Generative AI Summary
Use the generative AI feature to generate the following fields for open insight records in a grid chart.
- Gen AI Title — Summarizes the insight.
- Gen AI Summary — Provides more information about what is happening. The information may list locations impacted, devices impacted, and applications affected. This information provides a starting point for triaging and diagnosing what may occur with insight.
- Gen AI Root Cause — Analysis that provides info on the cause of the problem.
