Viewing the Usage Count Information

You can view the current version of your portal and the usage summary information using the Portal Information page in Account Information. In addition, you can modify contact information, such as primary and secondary contacts to receive billing and account communications.

Note: The primary contact information is the first user you created with the wizard during your LogicMonitor portal setup.

Viewing the usage count information

  1. Navigate to Settings > Account Information > Portal Information. Here, you can view usage summary information for resources, alerts and maps, users and roles, and thresholds and datapoints.
  2. Select the Resources tab to view the count of all resources.
    If you have exceeded the limit for any feature, you can select that feature to display an additional table to mitigate overages. For example, if you exceed the limit for widgets, selecting the row for widgets displays a Widgets Per Dashboard table with a list of dashboards that have widgets exceeding the widget limit count.
  3. Select the Alerts and Maps tab to view the count of all alerts and maps.
  4. Select the Users and Roles tab to view the count of all users and roles.
  5. Select the Thresholds and Datapoints tab to view the count of all thresholds and datapoints.
