Improvements to Collector Live Host Reporting
Improvements are done to eliminate thread starvation situation for tasks in collector that are responsible for reporting live host status to the backend.
Support for Processing and Storing NBAR2 Data Asynchronously
For NetFlow, LogicMonitor now supports asynchronous processing and storage of NBAR2 data, thus improving the overall NetFlow collector performance. By default, the netflow.use.new.nbar.logic property is set to true in the agent.conf settings for asynchronous NBAR2 data processing.
Fixed an issue where collector was unable to correctly parse the syslog events that have the date time format such as Jun 21 2024 11:28:14.522 EST.
Fixed an issue where upgrading from GD Collector 35.001 to GD Collector 36.000 led to CPU and memory spike for the SPSE process.
